Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What countries do you ship to?

How long will it take to receive my order?

As a B2B supplier, we process orders after you approve the customized freight quote (which our team provides within 1–2 business days of order submission). Once the quote is approved and payment is confirmed, your order is typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it ships. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, and other factors (we're not responsible for carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.). For the most accurate estimate, feel free to contact us after quote approval!

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returns must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery by contacting customerservice@luckynailsupply.com or calling (512)212-9999 with your order number, photos, and issue details—wait for written approval before shipping anything back. Eligible returns include defective or incorrect items (case-by-case, with possible repair, replacement, or refund) and change-of-mind returns only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and fully resellable. Used, damaged, opened hygiene-sensitive, custom, or repackaged items are non-returnable. Customer pays all return shipping (no prepaid labels), original freight is non-refundable unless the error was ours, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Machines like nail drills and UV lamps are covered under manufacturer’s warranty.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
