Refund policy
General Return Guidelines
Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect all items immediately upon receipt for quantity, accuracy, and damage. You must report any discrepancies to us within 3 calendar days from delivery to be eligible for return or replacement. Claims after 3 days will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns: Returns are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items only.
Warranty for Machines
The following items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty:
- Nail drills
- Hand pieces
- Machine bodies
- UV lamps
- Table lamps
Defective Items
Defective claims are handled case by case.
Resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).
Original freight charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
Accepted only if item is unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
Customer pays all return freight — no prepaid labels provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged, or repackaged items
Custom or special-order products
Opened hygiene-sensitive items
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email customerservice@luckynailsupply.com or call us at (512)212-9999 within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include:
- Order number
- Photos of item(s) and packaging
- Detailed issue description
3. Await written return authorization — do not ship without approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.
Original freight costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
