Business-to-Business (B2B) Shipping: We operate exclusively on a B2B model. All shipments are delivered to commercial addresses only (e.g., businesses, warehouses, or commercial storefronts). Residential addresses are not accepted.
Minimum Order Amount: All orders must meet a minimum purchase of $350 (excluding taxes and freight). Orders below this threshold will not be processed.
Custom Freight Quotes: After you submit your order, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to provide a customized shipping quote based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination (commercial address)
- Carrier availability and freight class
Your order will not ship until you approve the freight quote.
Free Shipping on Small Items with Value Pallets: Eligible small items ship free when purchased in the same order as a Value Pallet. This applies only to combined orders and does not cover standalone small-item purchases.
Order Processing: Once the freight quote is approved and payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.
Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen events.
